This song has one of my favourite album stories attached to it! I talked about it in the youtube video "About Time with JayWood" The whole song is about self realization and having to separate yourself with your surroundings to grow and move forward in life even if that means leaving people, places and things behind you.

The first time I ever went to Vancouver BC I remember seeing all the beauty of the city met with the ugly reality that there was so much trash and people without homes everywhere. There was a day while I was there and I was feeling pretty bummed, it was super rainy, grey and gloomy out and I just didn't feel stoked about life

And then out of no one, a woman in this rainbow dress comes running at me with a huge smile on her face and she grabs me and she says "Don't fight the feeling of love, whatever you're going through in life will pass but hang onto love. Find peace from the universe and the sky above us but don't ever fight the feeling of love in your heart" She then proceeded to scream she loved me and gave me a hug and then disappeared into the street. I don't know if she was high or just loving life but It was exactly what I needed at that time and her words became the Chorus of the song
